The Tenancy Management Team is responsible for the day to day management of all  Cosmopolitans general needs properties. In brief the Tenancy Management Team is responsible for:

 

VARIATION OF TENANCY this includes

• Succession of Tenancies
• Assignment of Tenancies
• Relationship breakdowns between tenants
• Lodgers & Sub tenants
• Joint Tenancy issues
• Abandoned Tenancies & Absent Tenants
•  Unauthorised Occupants
• Mutual Exchanges

ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR this includes

• The Prevention of and Enforcement Action against perpatrators

AREA INSPECTIONS
