The Income Management Team are aware of the recent changes to our financial climate, as we have all been hearing the new word is "RECESSION".
We have made a commitment to provide a service dedicated to Financial Exlusion, which will enable all our tenants to become Financially 'Included' and not 'Excluded'.
We are aware that some of our residents are being excluded from basic financial products, this might be through choice, or because of personal circumstances however, whatever the reason you could be losing out.

BeMoneywise is an exciting new project that provides a free independant and confidential service offering guidance and support with claiming the correct Welfare Benefits, dealing with creditors and assisting with all money matters.
