Tenant zone : Anti-social behaviour - What we deal with

We deal with all kinds of nuisance and anti-social behaviour which broadly put can be described as interference with a person's use or enjoyment of their land or property or with their health, comfort or convenience. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment of residents and passers by 
  • Criminal damage
  • Vandalism 
  • Noise Nuisance 
  • Writting graffiti 
  • Engaging in threatening behaviour in large groups 
  • Smoking or drinking alcohol, while under age
  • Using accommodation to sell drugs or for other unlawful purposes 
  • Substance misuse 
  • Joyriding
  • Begging 
  • Prostitution 
  • Kerb Crawling
  • Throwing missiles
  • Flytipping
  • Vehicle crime
  • Aggressive and threatening language and behaviour
  • Violence against people and property
  • Hate behaviour which targets members of identified groups because of their perceived differences.
