Tenant zone : Area inspections
We are currently reviewing the way we conduct Area Inspections to ensure that we invovle residents and other members of our communities as much as possible.
Weekly inspections of all communal areas are currently being carried out by CMS which will allow us to pick up issues whilst this review is being carried out.
