Cosmopolitan HA aims to help residents or potential residents with disabilities to maintain their independance within thier own communities through the physical alterations to their living environment.

Adaptations covered by this service include:

Grab rails
Level Access Showers
Stairlift
Lever taps

The Association will only address an adaptation via an Occupational Therapist Report.
