Tenancy management : Anti-social behaviour - What we deal with

We deal with all kinds of nuisance and anti-social behaviour which broadly put can be described as interference with a person's use or enjoyment of their land or property or with their health, comfort or convenience. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using or threatening to use violence.
  • Abuse
  • Drug dealing
  • Offensive drunkenness
  • Playing of load music
  • Rubbish dumping
  • Playing ball games close to people's homes
  • Racist behaviour
  • Hate behaviour
  • Graffiti
  • Dog barking
