Cosmopolitan aim to provide a first class service, but there may be occasions when you are not happy about something, and if this is the case it is important that you tell us.

We have produced a leaflet which provides clear details of what steps you can take if you have a problem. This leaflet is called Putting things right.

The leaflet also explains our policy and procedures for dealing with complaints. It tells you:

• What sort of complaints are covered by this policy
• How to make a complaint
• The standards you can expect from us in dealing with a complaint
• What we will do to put things right Your options if you are unhappy with our response

We will welcome your complaint as is gives us the opportunity to monitor the quality of service we provide so that we can continually work to improve it.
