Pay your rent
Paying the Association rent enables us to deliver services, maintain homes and fund improvements, without it the Association would not be able to function. Further information is available in our Rent Income Newsletters which you can download here:
WAYS TO PAY YOUR RENT
There are a number of options available to you to pay your rent these are:
 Rent Card or Payzone Card
Rent Cards and Payzone Cards are available from Cosmopolitan
on request and can be used to pay your rent by cash, cheque or
debit card at any Post Office or Payzone outlet.
Click on the payzone logo to find your nearest outlet.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit allows you to pay your rent direct from your bank either weekly or monthly and when your rent changes the amount will automatically be adjusted.
Standing Order
Standing orders also allow you to pay direct from your bank however, you are responsible for advising your bank of any changes in payment.
By Telephone
You can pay by telephone using your credit or debit card. Simply ring 0151 224 0201 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
Internet Banking
You can set up payments through your own bank if you have an internet account. You will need to provide our sort code 30-14-58 and account number 49829530 and your tenant reference number.
By Post
You can send a cheque made payable to Cosmopolitan Housing Association Ltd to our Head Office at Cosmopolitan House, 2 Marybone, Liverpool L3 2BY. Please remember to put your name and address and tenant reference number on the back of each cheque. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
By Housing Benefit
If you are claiming full Housing Benefit, this is usually paid straight to us.

Do you feel confident in challenging and holding senior managers to account?
If "yes" then you might be interested in becoming a Tenant Board Member of Cosmopolitan Housing Association.
This is a voluntary position that requires a long term commitment. In return, we will provide training and development opportunities so that you can meet the requirements of this important position, as well as paying all reasonable expenses.
