DAY OF FUN FOR ALL AGES AT HALTON LODGE
Local families in the Halton Lodge area of Runcorn came together on 3 June 2010 to enjoy a fun day organised by Cosmopolitan Housing Association at the Halton Lodge Community Centre on Whitchurch Way, Runcorn.  There was something for all ages as children took on the climbing wall, and grown ups had their faces painted.  28 residents joined in the litter picking challenge around the estate and the DJing workshop proved a hit with all ages too!...read more
 
 
 
 
HUNTS CROSS VILLAGE SHOWS ITS SENSE OF COMMUNITY
Residents of an emerging new estate at Hunts Cross Village, South Liverpool, came together for the first time on 1 June 2010 to enjoy a community fun day, courtesy of Cosmopolitan Housing Association and Bellway Homes.  Attractions included a climbing wall, target football and face painting for the children, with displays and information laid on by the Police, Sure Start and a range of local youth and education services.....read more

CITY TEENAGES TAKE OFF FOR ALPINE ADVENTURE
Eleven teenage girls from Kirkdale, Everton and central Liverpool have hit the ski slopes of Switzerland this week for the advenutre of a lifetime.
The 15-16 year olds, all regulars at the Marybone Youth and Community Centre, are part of a group of 125 young people from across the North West who travelled out last Friday (19th March) to the Swiss Alps as part of their silver and gold Duke of Edinburgh award.....read more
