The Tenancy Management Team is responsible for the day to day management of all Cosmopolitans general needs properties. In brief the Tenancy Management Team is responsible for:
VARIATION OF TENANCY this includes
- Succession of Tenancies
- Assignment of Tenancies
- Relationship breakdowns between tenants
- Lodgers & Sub tenants
- Joint Tenancy issues
- Abandoned Tenancies & Absent Tenants
- Unauthorised Occupants
- Mutual Exchanges
ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR this includes
- The Prevention of and Enforcement Action against perpatrators
AREA INSPECTIONS
- The Tenancy Management Team carry out a 4 weekly (or quarterly) inspections of all CHA managed general needs properties and communally shared areas. If you would like to get involved in an inspection please contact Enid Ammon for more details
