Please note that KHT Services, the Association's repair and maintenance contractor, do not deal with any formal complaints about the repairs and maintenance service.  If you would like to make a formal complaint about any service that you have recieved, please contact the Associaton's head office using the information provided below.
 
 
Our complaints procedure is simple and easy to use.
Whenever possible, we will seek to resolve your complaint straight away.
