Geoff Redhead - Group Chief Excecutive
Geoff joined Cosmopolitan Housing Association in 1985 to head up the finance function prior to being appointed Chief Executive in 1993.
Before joining Cosmopolitan, Geoff had 15 years experience working in the private sector for several national and international organisations.
During his time working with Cosmopolitan he has overseen many changes, not least the development of the current group structure in 2003 which meant separating the social and student operations through the creation of 3 new companies, a parent and 2 other subsidiaries, to complement the work of the Housing Association.
Alec Gaston - Operations Director
Alec is Operations Director for Cosmopolitan Housing Association.
Alec has worked for a number of Housing Associations holding a variety of positions from Housing Assistant to his current post.
Alec is responsible for delivering the Association's Housing Management functions, which include, Income and Tenancy Management, Allocations, Supported Housing, Responsive Repairs and Resident Involvement.
Kevin Martin - Group Finance Director
Kevin joined the Association in 1990 as the Association's Accountant, having previously worked in industry for ten years, where latterly he held the position of Management Accountant to a multi-national commodity company.
He is responsible for the implementation of the Group's financial and treasury strategies and the provision of financial management information.
Sue Neill - Group Human Resources Director
Sue joined the Association in 1986 and has held several posts within the organisation prior to her appointment as Group Human Resources Director.
Before joining Cosmopolitan Housing Association Sue had previously held senior management posts within industry.
Sue is responsible for all administration support, Personnel and Training.
Dave Griffiths - Group Development Director
Dave is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has extensive experience of Development with particular emphasis on housing projects, working for both Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
In Dave's current role he is responsible for generating business development opportunities from a wide variety of funding sources and overseeing their delivery through the development process.
