A new build scheme development providing 36 flats for rent in the Clock Face area of St Helens.  This scheme is being let to people with a community connection ove the age of 30.
 
 
 
 
 
Birkenhead YMCA, Wirral
 
A scheme developed on behalf of Birkenhead YMCA and completed in August 2007, providing 56 bed spaces in the centre of Birkenhead.  This scheme provides accommodation for homeless people, offering additional facilities including Internet Cafe and Conference Facilities.
 
 
 
Liverpool YMCA, Leeds Street, Liverpool
 
A 70 bed space scheme developed on behalf of Liverpool YMCA and completed in March 2007.  This scheme is based on the edge of Liverpool city centre and provided accommodation for homeless people.
 
 
 
 
Hillside Avenue & Calgarth Road, Huyton.
 
New build scheme completed in March 2007, comprising 63 units developed on behalf ofKnowsley Housing Trust providing a mixture of houses, apartments and bungalows for rent in the Page Moss area of Huyton.

28 & 84 Devonshire Road and 12 The Elms, Liverpool
This scheme will see the refurbishment of 15 apartments for rent on behalf of Steve Biko Housing Association and is due for completion in February 2008
 
 
Calgarth Road, Huyton
This is the second phase of a larger scheme development comprising 7 x 3 bedroom houses for  rent on behalf of Knowsley Housing Trust.  This scheme is due for completion in March 2008
 
 
The Pilot, Duke Street, Birkenhead, Wirral
Scheme development of 16 x 2 bedroom apartments in Birkenhead situated near to a local railway station which is due for completion in March 2008
 
 
 
FUTURE PROJECTS FOR RENT
 
Aveling Drive, West Lancashire
A mixed use development of 12 houses for rent and 8 houses for sale in the Banks area of West Lancashire.  The scheme is situated near to Southport and completions is forecast for March 2009
 
Wetherby Court, Knowsley
Redevelopment of the existing Wetherby Court site to provide a specialist 23 unit Extra Care Facility for Knowsley MBC comprising 18 x 2 bedroom appartments and 5 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Page Moss are of Huyton.  Completion of this scheme is forecast January 2009.
 
Southport & Ormskirk Hospital Development
This is an exciting development comprising 123 Keyworker properties on behalf of Southport & Ormskirk Hospital Trust.  There will also be an additional 54 properties for rent and 55 properties for outright sale.  This development is due to start in early 2008.

A new build development consisting of 3 large 5 bedroom family houses for shared ownership.  this scheme is located within Toxteth Park and Avenues Conservation Area.  Sales of the properties were targeted towards residents within the Lodge Lane are to increase levels of home ownership within Liverpool 8 in accordance with the Local Authorites Housing Strategy.
 
 

Lincoln Court, Oriel Road, Bootle 
A new build development which comprises of 7 properties over three sites in Lodge Lane.  All properties where offered initially to local residents to increase levels of Owner Occupation.  This scheme was completed in March 2007.
 
Northumberland Street, Liverpool 8
A new build scheme in Liverpool consisting of 8 x 3 bedroom 5 person houses for sale.  This scheme was completed in September 2007 and all properties, which were offered to residents from the Welsh Street area, are now sold.
 
Brock Street, Liverpool 4
A new build 14 unit development comprising of 5 x 2 bedroom houses and 9 x 3 bedroom houses for sale in the Walton area of Liverpool.  Each property has front and rear gardens plus off road parking.  Several properties are still available for sale on this development which was completed in March 2007. 
 
 
 
SHARED OWNERSHIP SCHEMES ON SITE 
 
7 & 62 Hartington Road/49 & 109 Vandyke Street, Liverpool 8 
Refurbishment of existing Victorian properties within the Lodge Lane area.  Properties are refurbished to an excellent standard and are initially offered for sale on a shared ownership basis to local residents.  Schemes comprise of 5 x 2 bedroom apartments, 1 x 3 bedroom house and 1 x 4 bedroom house and are due to be completed in November 2007.
 
Fern Grove, Liverpool 8
The scheme comprises of 4 x 4 bedroom houses and 6 x 3 bedroom houses in the Lodge Lane area of Liverpool 8.  This scheme will help to provide more affordable homes for local people and is due to be completed in February 2008.
 
Banbury Court, Worcester Road, Bootle
A new build development of 16 x 2 bedroom apartments located close to Bootle Town Centre, aimed a t meeting the housing needs of local people, particularly those affected by current regeneration activity.  This scheme is due for completion in February 2008.
 
Brookhill Springs, Hawthorne Road, Bootle
Cosmopolitan's properties form part of a larger housing scheme developed by Haslam Homes.
Cosmopolitan's properties comprise of 2 x 2 bedroom houses and 3 x 3 bedroom houses, situated off Hawthorne Road in South Sefton.  This scheme, which is located close to Bootle Town Hall,  is due to be completed in January 2008.
