COSMOPOLITAN TENANTS' FORUM 
 IMPROVING SERVICES FOR COSMOPOLITAN TENANTS
 
 
WHAT IS THE FORUM?

The Forum is a group of Cosmopolitan residents representing the views and interests of all Cosmopolitan’s residents and leaseholders.  

The Forum adopted a constitution back in 2002, and this was last updated in 2008.  In this document it states the aims and objectives of the group and how it will run.

 
 
 
WHAT ARE THE FORUM OBJECTIVES?
The Forum ensures that the Association keeps a clear focus on the needs of residents and helps to improve service delivery.  There four overall objectives are:-  
 
  • Make recommendations on services provided by the Association
  • Monitor Services and Action Plans
  • Make Decisions and Challenge
  • Ensure residents receive feedback
WHEN DO THE FORUM MEET? 
The Forum hold their meetings once a month alternating between afternoons and evenings.

 

WHO WE ARE
The Forum as a group helps to ensure that the Association keeps a clear focus on the needs of residents and helps to improve service delivery. For the Forum to be effective and achieve our aims we need to be a strong group with representatives from all neighbourhoods in which Cosmopolitan has homes.

Get Involved!!!
Residents and Leaseholders are all welcome to join and we encourage you to participate.  Both staff and representatives of the Forum provide help, support and induction to new residents who wish to join.  It is also an opportunity to make new friends, and participate in useful training.
