The Home Ownership Team held their annual Leaseholders Forum meeting on Thursday, 14 July 2011 and it was a roaring success! The Forum meetings are open to all our Shared Owners and Leaseholders and provides them with the oppo
 rtunity to engage with each other and also have input into the way we deliver our services. During the meeting we handed out our newly designed Leaseholders Handbook which was developed with the assistance of the Leaseholder Forum and has valuable information that a Leaseholder might require. Copies of the Leaseholders Handbook are available in the following formats, PDF via email, disc or a hard copy is available on request from the Home Ownership Team. You may also download a copy of the Leaseholders Handbook by clicking here.Please note that in addition to the Leaseholders Forum, residents have also formed their own residents groups for their development or area. Surgeries
One of the suggestions from the Forum group was that Cosmopolitan Housing Association should set up surgeries for resident to call in and speak to staff about any issues or queries they may have. These surgeries are now being held on the first Tuesday of every month between 1 and 4.30 pm. Residents are welcome to drop into the surgery or make an appointment by contacting Sarah or Joanne on the above number.
