Liverpool - Halton - Wirral - Sefton - Knowsley - St Helens - West Lancs - Warrington Community Regeneration has become a major part of national, regional and local strategies that seeks to encourage the renewal of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Cosmopolitan Housing Association recognises the need to make commitments to neighbourhoods and support their physical, economical and social transformation.
The Regeneration Team plan, co-ordinate and enable the Association's approach to neighbourhood renewal and regeneration, working with communities and partner agencies.

Porter Community GrantsCosmopolitan are committed to working with local groups and organisations.
The Association assists groups by giving financial support for projects that benefit the local community, where Cosmopolitan have an interest. We run a small grant-giving programme - The Porter Community Grants, were groups and organisations can complete an application form for financial support.
