Cosmopolitan HA works closely with Knowsley Housing Trust, which has taken over the Council's former housing in the Borough, developing new homes on the Trust's behalf as well as for itself.  These include an extra care housing scheme at Wetherby Court, houses at Ledsham Road, and houses at Broad Lane and Birkin Walk,

 

In developing these homes Cosmopolitan is working with local communities to ensure they support the achievement of neighbourhood priorities.
