About us : Our values, mission & objectives

VISION

Cosmopolitan Housing Association aims to be a growing and financially vibrant housing association that delivers three star quality services to a diverse range of service users across the North West of England.
 
Following consultation with its residents, staff and Board members, Cosmopolitan Housing Association has devised a Vision Statement that places its residents at the heart of everything it does, it is to ensure that we deliver services that place:

CORPORATE OBJECTIVES

Following an analysis of key factors influencing CHA, we have developed a set of four Corporate Objectives which will drive the business forward.  The objectives are as follows:
  • Achieve continuous improvement in resident satisfaction    
          CHA will deliver the highest quality services in an efficient and effective way,
          and in line with its customers' expectations in order to bring about year on
          year improvements in satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve sustained growth through partnership working
           CHA will pursue an active and ambitious development programme to ensure
          housing needs are met and sustainable growth achieved.  This will require
          strong partnerships to be developed and managed to ensure that opportunities
          for new development are maximised and resources are available to support this.
  • Achieve growth through diversification in response to unmet needs
          As a housing association, a key function of CHA's activities is to meet unmet
          need.  Responding to these needs is also a means of achieving continued and
          sustained growth and expansion.  As in relation to our approach to Objective 2,
          to achieve our commitments to sustainable growth, CHA will require strong
          partnerships to be developed and managed to ensure that opportunities for new
          development are maximised and resources are available to support this.
  • Enhance the Association through a commitment to diversity and value for money
          CHA has indentified that there are three cross cutting themes that need to
          underpin all its activities.  Whilst Objective 1 sets out CHA's commitment to
          accessible and high quality services for customers, CHA also seeks to ensure
          that it contibutes to meeting the needs of the diverse populations it serves, in a
          manner that is characterised as value for money.
