About us : CHA Board
Cosmopolitan Housing Association is keen to ensure that our customers are placed at the heart of everything we do. This means that we want to involve residents as much as possible in understanding how we can continually improve our services to you.
Being a Board member is a responsible role, and if it is something that interests you is a role that can be personally very rewarding and one which can make a huge contribution to the Association and residents. The role of a Board member involves attending regular Board meetings, reading papers, and taking decisions at Board level with other Board members on behalf of the whole Association. A Board member must be able to participate and work as part of a team, and must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
No one is expected to take on this position without going through appropriate training, and this is provided by us.
If you would like to find out more about the role of a Board member and how to get involved, please contact the Resident Involvement Team on (0151) 224 0204.
